A warm thank you to the entire staff - they really serve you up the most delicious plates. If you are looking for a filling hearty meal, look no more. My favorite is the chicken koobideh plate! The house salad and dressing reminds me of my childhood. However, please try their fatoush… ugh, amazing! Not pictured here but I’d also recommend the babaganoosh. There’s also a gorgeous patio, warm lighting, cozy indoor seating - even some pillows!!

Once or twice a month they have live DJ Persian music in the evening which results in the restaurant guests getting up from their tables to come up to the stage & dance to different ethnic Persian songs. Husband & wife owners are hands on in the dining area & kept checking on the guests.

Last night I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered a beef Kubideh kebab, but instead received a shish kebab! the order was completely wrong. I had also requested the meat well done, but when the food finally arrived after a long wait, it was undercooked. I showed it to the waitress, and she agreed. She took it back to the kitchen to cook more, but when it came out again, it was still undercooked. Even the server acknowledged it a second time!
The owner of the restaurant was present in the kitchen, and although he was clearly aware of the situation, he never came over to acknowledge the mistake or apologize. That lack of care and responsibility speaks volumes about their customer service.
The stew we ordered was also disappointing. The meat inside of the stew was extremely chewy, in tiny pieces, and not the quality you’d expect from a restaurant. Overall, the food quality was very low, the service was poor, and the owner’s indifference was unacceptable!
I usually do not write negative reviews, but in this case I felt it was important to share. Unfortunately, my daughter left hungry, and we had to stop at In-N-Out after leaving the restaurant. This is not the level of service or food that customers deserve.

This place was really delicious! I went in with zero expectations, just hungry — and they had a parking spot. Omg: the chicken was so juicy and tender! The crispy rice! The fresh vegetables! So much variety. I really got the sense that there was either: an owner on promises, obsessed with quality. Or: a genius in the kitchen who actually knows how to make food perfect and delicious. And probably: both!!! I wish every restaurant was up to their standards. And I hope they open a location a little further south. Although: I’d drive out of my way to eat here!!!

I ordered via Uber Eats and was super impressed with the gyros, baba ganoush and hummus. Very flavorful and totally hit the spot. And the portion sizes... wow. Definitely enough for leftovers.
