Excellent mexican food. We were from out of town looking for a quick dinner. This place was clean, the food prices very reasonable and excellent service. Will definitely stop by when in Carlsbad.

My niece brought me a 2 taco plate from here today (first time customer) and I have to say it was great, the beef tacos were good but a little of the red sauce made them amazing. I love beans and theirs were very good. Now I don't normally like Mexican rice as it's always too dry but theirs surprised me and was great, I ate every bite of the meal and was very satisfied.I see some negative reviews about this location in particular but I will be trying it again, don't know if I just got lucky this time or not.

I live in the area, and I love the food at this LourdesIt's just a taco shop, but the food here is very tasty. You can taste that the proteins are well seasoned. I think they're family owned and ran. You can tell, both the cashier's and kitchen, care a little bit more than the typical taco shop/truck.Lastly, the food is very fairly priced, and with more than fair portions. Every time I have visited Lourdes, I have been 100% satisfied. .

So I usually won't review a place that I had delivered through a third party but my review is based off of the restaurant's decisions. The food was actually very flavorful and the menu has a lot of options. The restaurant doesn't allow for any special requests or customizations via the app. This was very problematic because the images on the site showed the items with sauces on the side. There is also no option to add salsa and the order didn't arrive with salsa. Our order of flautas came with guacamole globed on one side and sour cream globed on the other side which made it difficult to eat. I will not be ordering from them via delivery but I might give them a try in person.

The chicken soup is a must for cold nights or when you are under the weather. The rolled tacos are always a yummy crunchy extra.

The food was okay, but it is the service that I am giving a 1 Star for this location. The young lady who was assisting us, handed us our order and we were walking away when we remembered we had ordered soup. The soup was sitting on the counter, but it was just not handed to us. When we asked about the soup, she reached over to the counter and said, "I was just testing you, you passed." Okay, I don't pay for my food to have someone tell me they are testing me to see if I got everything that we ordered and paid for. How about this, how about giving the customer everything they paid for and stop being lazy. Do your job! Wish I could take back the tip I left. She definitely does not deserve it. Would not recommend this location until they can work on some customer service skills.
Literally the best Mexican food spot in San Diego, and believe me I've tried many. Now that's saying something, there are many great Mexican food spots in Carlsbad alone, but non can top king Lourdes. I ordered a surf and turf burrito while my wife ordered shredded beef tacos with rice and beans. We were blown away, the steak on my burrito was seasoned to perfection and melts in your mouth and the shrimp was outstanding. Their beans are amazing....The restaurant itself was very clean and the girl at the counter was sweet as can be. This is my go to spot from now on. Try it and you won't regret it.

The chicken soup is incredible. Soooo freakin' good. I would travel from Point Loma just to get it and go watch the sunset at the beach.

Amazing food! Carne asada is cooked to perfection. The seasoning is well balanced. Even the soft tortillas are chewy and yet mildly crispy on the outside. The restaurant itself is very clean. Staff is very professional. I've been to a lot of Mexican restaurants and I can easily say that this is the BEST! Will definitely be back for more!

We've eaten at all Lourdes, and believe this new location has a great chef. Really fresh lettuce, and guacamole was topped on the tostadas. Thanks for nice customer service and see you again.... So, we read the bad reviews Curious if other restaurants are putting these in??? We went back tonight, the line for ordering was out the door. It's the newest facility, very clean, organized and the people were working to keep up with the orders. I'm proud to say "GREAT JOB"
