Just got my salad back home after picking up takeout and am super disappointed that the avocado and quinoa salad had super brown avocado. I love mendo and am disappointed that they would serve avocado like this as their food is normally very fresh.

I wanted to acknowledge a staff member and a manager who went above to help with an issue. We had ordered online for home delivery and the order turned out to be incorrect upon delivery. After discovering the issue, I called the local Bressi Ranch location where we’d placed the order and explained the situation. The staff member (Nicole) with whom I spoke verified the order that we placed and was not only understanding, but apologetic and suggested that we speak to one of the mangers to get a resolution. She managed it up the right way, but since it was during the dinner rush and very busy we couldn’t get that manager on the phone after a wait, so she suggested calling back a little later or the following day when it was less hectic. The next day I happened to be in the area so decided to stop by. I spoke with a manger (Angelica) and explained the situation. She listened intently and verified everything again (as she should) and went the extra mile to make it right by offering us an in-store gift card to use on our next visit. She did this with kindness, professionalism and a smile! We were most appreciative as we really enjoy the fresh food options at Mendocino Farms and will definitely be back thanks to a great customer service experience! Keep up the great work!

I love Mendocino Farms! It had been a while since I’d been able to eat here, but it was just as fresh and delicious as I had remembered! My go-to order is the vegan bahn mi and spicy curried couscous. So tasty! They also gifted us a cookie for my grandma who was in the hospital, so sweet!

We came in for the first time Aug 17th for dinner. The experience was great start to finish-- the service that night was above & beyond and someone even wrote my 7 yr olds name on the fan chalk board. :) We will be back for more good eats & fantastic service.

Went here with coworkers for lunch . The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and patient with us.
It had been at least a year ago since we’ve been to this Mendocino Farms location near our home. I had a sandwich about 2 weeks ago that was decent. We decided to give it another try. We came at 5:30 pm. The restaurant was almost empty and there were 6 people behind the counter. We placed our order and waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. The dry toasted bread was cold. It had been sitting. And it was missing the bacon on the club. My husband had ordered a different sandwich and they brought the same club. He waited another 15 minutes for the sandwich he ordered while I ate mine. They brought a small bowl with small pieces of bacon to add to mine. The sandwich was dry, tasteless. There were only 3 takeouts while we were there. Just bad service all the way around. And the restaurant is getting really run down since our last visit. Sorry to say I can’t recommend this place. It’s possible I just visited on a bad night. We won’t be coming back anytime soon. I expected excellent sandwiches for the price.
