The staff was excellent, very friendly and explained everything very well. All smiles and everyone seemed happy. The place was busy but not too busy to receive good service. I ordered three sandwiches and I did not like any of them. The first one was a chimichurri steak with bacon, It was extremely disappointing I have had sandwiches at gas stations that taste better than this one. The bread was good but that's about it. I saw some people get salads that looked really good. I might try that next time but I will not be getting sandwiches here anymore. I'm definitely not adding this to my lunch routine.

I was charged $2.10 for avocado added in my Peruvian Steak sandwich but when I got home, there was no avocado added in my sandwich. It's only $2.10 but if it's done to multiple customers then it's a substantial amount of money being profited by the resto at the expense of innocent customers. Check your order before leaving.

Can't wait to go back and order something else.Vegetarian options: Vegan Banh Mi, The impossible Taco Salad, The Happy Hippie, Avocado & Quinoa Super food Ensalada, and you can switch out the chicken for marinated baked tofu.

Where do I even begin with Mendocinos? This chain is an absolute gem, and I only wish there was one closer to my house. Its my ideal spot for an ultra-healthy casual lunch or a laid-back dinner. The menu is great, the sandwiches and salads are works of art, with an epic a mix of fresh ingredients that just dance on your taste buds. My personal go-to's are the spicy couscous, the superfood salad and the chicken panini. Overall, the atmosphere is inviting and the food is exceptional. Whether you're a foodie or just someone looking for a wholesome, fresh meal, Mendocinos is a must-try. They get pretty busy what with the business parks next door, so order ahead or get there early to avoid a long wait.

Mendocino Farms may be a chain but their food quality is very good. Staff (at the Carlsbad location) are very nice, helpful. My favorite is the chicken parm sandwich band I also like their Vietnamese pork belly sandwich. Very flavorful.

Literally everyone knows this place is fire. Tried the Impossible Taco Salad for the first time and it did NOT disappoint! So crunchy and full of flavor-- didn't even need to use the dressing. Just wish it had a TAD bit of spice. Got it To-go so it looks a little smushed but so much meat it it!! They did NOT skimp! The freggin one place that gives you good salad potions. Thank you!! Can get really busy at lunch time so be sure you put your order in early to miss the crowd.

If you know you have hundreds of to go orders called in advance, maybe have the courtesy to tell customers its going to be a 30 minute wait for a to go order we placed in person as they just opened at 11am. We got the crew for work, lunch, it was simple: 7 Chimichuri steak and bacon sandwiches, 1 salad and 5 bags of chips. The sandwiches sucked!! The steak is cold as ice and was barely any steak on my sandwich! All bread/seeded roll and that was not even fresh as.it was on the harder side. This place needs to figure it out and not serve crap like this! If you can't be consistent then find a way to be, so us customers don't have to waste our time and money!!

I haven't been here in a while, I forget that it's here. Today I received a national sandwich day buy one get one free sandwich code email and I knew what I was having for lunch.The order had to be placed online, so I used my mendo app, ordered and paid. Estimated time prior to my order was 23 minutes. After placing my order at 2:11 it said ready by 2:23. I'm about 20 minutes away, so I headed over. I parked in front no problem (it can be a big problem during certain hours), walked in and grabbed my already waiting order off the online order pick up shelf. Once I got home, I unwrapped everything and it was still warm. I have been craving thanksgiving food for some reason (a little early) so I got the November to remember sandwich (minus the cranberry chutney) and the Thai chili sandwich for a friend. Both of us really enjoyed our sandwiches. I'm a little bummed that the sophisticated chicken salad is no longer on the menu though. I imagine they would still make it if you asked, but today was a sandwich day.

We have gone here multiple times, more than 5. Every single time it takes them over an hour to make 4 sandwiches. Today, they "lost" our salads and had to wait and additional 20 minutes after already waiting an hour past the time they said our food would be ready. All they did was offer us one free drink.

I like the place. Nice & clean. The cashier dude with curly hair and nail polish—totally awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me pick a good sandwich! I’d come back just for the service! I got the pesto, chicken, caprese panini/sandwich. The flavors were great! I only wish it was more melty, maybe a different cheese? I get that they use mozzarella because of the caprese part. Also, the bread wasn’t as toasty/crispy as I would like on a panini. The sandwich tasted as fresh as it looks! The salads, soups, other sandwiches looked & sounded great. Will return for something else.
