Mongolian Restaurants in Carlsbad, CA

“First time trying this place out after passing by numerous times over the years. The price doesn’t justify the quality and portion size of the food. I got a large plate, with a drink that totaled $32 even. Being the only Mongolian bbq in the area within a 30 minute drive has its benefits to attract a crowd, but other places have this place beat, in pricing, flavor, and amount of food you get. Food is fresh and hot, given its cooked right in front of you, but you don’t have the option to choose the amount of sauces you want to add to change and customize the flavor to your specific flavor. Would be nice if rice was included with the total amount but unfortunately it’s not unlike other places. Food was served in a to go type box , so if you don’t finish you can take it , to go.
Would I come again and buy from here again? Probably if I’m in the area only.
Would I go out of the way to eat here again? No way.
Overall a decent place. Would recommend to try at least once.“
