I recently hosted a wedding shower here and it was absolutely perfect! The space was just what I was looking for and the food was amazing!! Carrie and Annie communication was spot on and they helped make sure everything was prepared for when I got into town. On the day of the event the employees paid attention to every detail which made the event flow seamlessly. I would highly recommend OAK & elixir!
excellent service, food was fantastic, tequila was .....Tequila!! music was most excellent. would recommend it to anyone!!

OAK + Elixir offers great food, an impressive wine list, and exceptional hospitality with just the right amount of attention. This hidden gem features a nice indoor area where guests can easily converse, and a fantastic selection of wines. The restaurant is known for its delicious bacon wrapped dates, which are soft and enhanced by mint, although some find the price of $14 for four dates a bit high. Happy Hour is available daily from 4-6pm, featuring a great selection of drinks and appetizers, all enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere created by chill music and friendly bartenders. The short rib and ravioli are also excellent choices, although the short rib may not come with any vegetables. Centrally located in the village of Carlsbad, this kid-friendly establishment provides a calm environment, making it a perfect spot for enjoying good conversation over an amazing glass of wine or a delicious Old Fashioned with charred oak smoke. OAK + Elixir is definitely worth a visit when in Carlsbad!
