soo i came here based on a recommendation that this place was probably one of the most lit places in Carlsbad. it really did meet expectations. the bartenders were super welcoming and on top of it. I was in the area for my Son's Marine Boot Camp graduation. Hung out at the Alley all four nights I was staying nearby. (@Beach Terrace, amazing place too!). I had a blast getting to know the staff and some of the patrons. Normally I would expect to be annoyed around that many people so young, but everyone was polite and having a great time. I highly recommend anyone in Carlsbad pops into the Alley for a few cold ones, it will not disappoint! Bonus, the gal bartenders are hot!

I love the alley it's always my go to spot when I want to have a good time with friends and meet new people, even on a weekday people still have plenty of fun, bartenders are super friendly and work fast and drinks are affordable if you are planning on staying and having a fun long night.
