Beautiful property with a beautiful setting for Pacific Point. Food and drinks where fine, the lobster roll was decent but a lot more bread than lobster meat. The wood fired bread was interesting and the complimentary olives and almonds where nice. I wanted to try the evening sushi here but didn't have time, perhaps next time.
Fantastic spot for happy hour and food. The sushi is great and the specialty rolls are not to be missed! One roll is enough to fill you up if you're not ravenous, they're huge! The service and outdoor seating was fantastic and their drinks were very good too. Skip the "Peachy Keen" and give the Matcha cocktail or the "Bare Minimum" a try, both are lovely.
A beautiful bar area located inside the Park Hyatt Aviara. We stopped by here on two occasions during our stay, once for Japanese take-out, which was awesome, and once for an after-dinner coffee, tea, and a date at the Top Golf simulator. You have to check in at Pacific Point for the Top Golf experience fyi.In any event, this is a great, sophisticated spot to grab a drink or dinner at the bar. Pacific Point even had live music playing on a Tuesday night, which was very cool!
