They have new entrées and new forks. Everything was warm and delicious. The price is solid for the portions sizes.
Fantastic staff, attentive, and kind.
Clean dining area and nice outdoor tables as well.

Bad quality for the chow mein, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp. It tasted days old and chemically. I would not recommend this Panda Express location

Out of all the different Panda Express’ that I’ve been to this by far my s the worst!
First of all not one person greeted me, the only thing was said when I was ordering was, “we don’t have brown rice.”
The portion size has dramatically shrunk to what is not put into a 4 oz cup and then the rice is in a separate large entree container.
This was supposed to be an entree of string bean chicken with rice but for some odd reason the dishes up separately. Unfortunately I didn’t go to get it or I would have said something to them.
I understand the employees are now making $21 per hour but come on guys be a little thankful because if I had voted you wouldn’t be getting paid that much.
This place needs serious customer service training and proper portion sizes, hopefully that isn’t it or they will go under.
I am now done with Panda Express.

I am giving 1 stars so that I can write my review.I am speechless to have to find out that they are not the same.Their food is worse than a McDonald.they are bad, they ( Ponda Express has down grade their food quality. As I was walking into this fast food place I noticed that all the other restaurants around there were busy, so I thought it will be the same with this chinise fast food.Exactly at 12:30 pm on a Saturday, I walked in and only a couple is eaten in there, is no body else, at lunch time.So I always think, and tell myself that if there is a lot of people in a restaurant, in this case, it is because they are good. But this time, I just order my food, omg, their noodles were dry and hard to chew, their fry rice was unflavored, it was old, and it did have some pieces of rice that were harder to chew on.Think, they missed their left overs with the new food they cook. In the fry rice there were chunks of over cook white rice that they mixed with the old rice.I think, dog foods taste better than this.Sorry I waisted my money.!
Pretty solid panda. Can get really crowded at lunch but line moves pretty fast. Nice staff but not always the best portions.

Got there at 8:20pm. Almost no food left except the mandarin chicken and 5 pieces of orange chicken. They said they were closing at 9, not 9:30, as they list on Google. The guy there barely acknowledged my existence as I walked in. It wasn't till I asked him when they close that he even looked up at me. And the place was half closed off. I needed to wash my hands and both bathrooms were being cleaned. The turkeys that worked there could've cared less about their customers. They just wanted to go home early. It was a total waste of my time to drive there. Such a disappointment.

I really hate getting ripped off and this Panda Express did just that. “Chicken chow mien”. Really, all I saw were a big pile of noodles—no chicken. I called the manager when I got back to our hotel and read him the hungry man riot act. He said that’s normal. Well, Chase bank didn’t buy into this fraud and I got $21.60 credit. And I really don’t know what I ate. The orange chicken was OK. Not all white meat though.Next time, it’s to Stater Bros or Trader’s Joe for real food.To the manager: CLEAN UP YOUR ACT OR SHUT DOWN THE JOINT.

Really good service an food
Consistently great food at great prices. Really like the Brezzi Ranch location. Always clean and service above and beyond. American style Chinese so expect more sweetness than traditional Chinese food, but it always works for me. Brezzi Ranch is one if the safest neighborhoods in the state so enjoy an after dinner stroll. Plenty of parking. Easy access off of Palomar Airport Road.
This is my To go spot when I don't want to cook! I usually get the family meal and everyone is happy I didn't cook! The food is always fresh and sooo delicious! The people that work there are also nice and are fast even when there is only one person! The establishment is always very clean!

Not sure there is enough business in that strip mall to support this panda. Rarely is a food hot mostly empty dishes not very organized.
