This was a fun, casual place to meet with friends. The breads ticks were insanely delicious, and the fired pizza was enjoyable, too. We will be back.

We stopped by this place on the drive back home and I'm glad we did. It was my first time eating with this particular franchise. The pizza we got was exceptional. The ingredients tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor. I definitely recommend giving this place try.

Friendly staff, quick service and amazing pizza. The caeser salad was really good too. We got the Pineapple Express pizza and it was fantastic. Can’t wait to try the other options soon. Management has done a great job to shore up the complaints from recent negative reviews, apparently. We will definitely be back soon.

We ordered a pizza and Caesar salad to go and both were fantastic. The Caesar salad is one of the best I have ever had. The pizza was perfection. Love the location and the ambiance was cool. Highly recommend!

First time to spitfire, possibly the last time. Arriving before five o'clock, we waited almost a half an hour. Then you have to order before you sit down and also pay first. After we sat down, we waited another half an hour before two pizzas came out. Nobody comes to you table except to bring the food. That's it. You go and get your own water and your own drinks.
Ok, the pizzas are tasty, but not worth the wait with three little girls starving. This is not, i repeat, not a family oriented restaurant.
I think people already are realizing that fact, so their order and pick up is their main business. This is a noisy place for young people and older folks with lots of patients.

Pizza used to be better. My husband and I are long time customers but we noticed something changed lately not for better. The pizza does not taste as good as before. Maybe cheaper ingredients. It’s a pity.

If I could give negative stars I would! After waiting for 45 minutes with two kid we had to over hear other customers leaving saying that they ran out of pizza dough!!! What pizza place runs out of pizza dough on a Friday night?! The worst part was as this unfolded, we got the text message saying our table was ready and that was when we were officially notified they were it of pizza dough, but did have cauliflower or gluten free doe. No way did I want that. I had heard great things about this place too! I would love a refund for the gift card we were give as we will never go back!! The only upside was the bar tender that sold us our drinks was great but that was it!

Some pitfalls for pitfire. I always hope a small business does well, and my hope for Pitfire is that they take some feedback. Perhaps at a slower time, the food and service would be better. However, we were really sad about our food. We placed a pick up order at 4pm for a 6pm pick up. When I arrived, a man was talking about being sat there for more than an hour waiting for his food. He was berated by staff, then yelled at “you got your pizza… GET OUT”. Another woman with a small child said she was leaving because she was waiting 30 min for a order she placed at noon for a 5:30pick up and it was now 6:15. She left without food.
My experience was similar. I waited for 20 min and when asked how longI would need to wait, I was told “I have no idea”. Another person came in after and the staff said “oh! Yours is actually ready” in a shocked way when she gave her name.
I was willing to overlook this if the food was good… but when all said and done it was cold, tasteless, and lackluster. The salads were just a whole head of romaine in a container with a side of dressing and a lemon wedge. The soup came with a sad piece of toast. Considering in taxes, tip, and “living fees” I added $20 to my order price, the fairly affordable listings start to seem over priced when you finally get your food.
I hope they can turn it around. It looks cute, good location, and again a decent price before fees but overall not worth the time or money.
I will likely not return with the customer service being the main complaint.

EDIT TO ADD: Their manager Sarah was extremely kind and professional. She offered to make it right and the team is aware of the situation. Excited to try again under better circumstances.

The pizza was really good but I didn’t like the bread it was so thick and hard to chew. The salad dressing was great too.
