This bread is revolutionary. Gluten-free, vegan, keto, and Paleo Friendly, and most of all delicious. This bread will blow your mind. Baked by hand in our commercial kitchen in San Diego, our breads taste as delicious as a regular wheat bread without upsetting your stomach or spiking your blood sugar levels. Gluten-free (made with almond and coconut flour). Sesame seed top. Keto (net carbs: 2g per serving). Perfect for sweet or savory toppings. Best when toasted (even straight from the freezer) keeps in freezer for two months. High in Fiber (7g in a 2oz serving). Ingredients: almond flour, coconut flour*, psyllium husks*, flax seeds*, filtered water, olive oil*, sesame seeds*, apple cider vinegar,* baking powder, Himalayan salt (*= organic). The service is excellent. Super welcoming and friendly. The desserts are delicious. The tiramisu was my favorite, followed by the berry cheesecake. And the ingredients are super clean, gluten-free, vegan, paleo, no seed oils...and so good!

I live in Oceanside and decided to cruise to Carlsbad to check out Plantiful Kitchen. I saw the cookies and said, how could I choose just one!? I picked up the chocolate macadamia, double chocolate walnut, and chocolate chip cookie — and wow! They’re grain-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free, but you’d never know it. They’re so healthy yet absolutely packed with flavor. Each bite was rich, satisfying, and totally guilt-free. DELISH!

I live in Encinitas and was so excited to find out about Plantiful Kitchen in Carlsbad. As someone who loves clean, healthy treats, this place is a dream come true. Believe me—the cookies are absolutely delicious! They taste even better than traditional cookies, and you can really tell how clean and high-quality the ingredients are. I’m always on the lookout for places like this, and Plantiful Kitchen exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be back for more!
