When we realized we were late for our Top Golf Suite (in the hotel) reservation, he offered to have our dessert delivered to the suite.

We were impressed with the execution of each dish and the elevated ingredients. Meats were cooked with so much flavor and at the perfect temperature, sauces and moles exquisite. Our server Norma was incredible and made the best recommendations on entrees and wine, she was so knowledgeable and took amazing care of us. The wine list had so many diverse selections from Valle de Guadalupe.
Big thanks to the Park Hyatt Aviara for offering childcare and a fun interactive cocktail class. The entire evening was an incredible experience!

The place has a lot of natural elegance. It's a perfect restaurant for celebrating something special. I always enjoy admiring the artwork in the halls on the walk from the hotel reception lobby to the restaurant. This is a fine dining restaurant, and I think you get what you pay for.

This is an underrated unknown seafood restaurants hidden in the Hyatt. All locals should give this a visit. Have you seen the TV show The Bear on Hulu? Ask to sit near row one to experience a truly unique night out. And the price is much more than exceptional for similar experiences in the area.

We experienced Ponto Lago several times already, and as always, the food was again on excellent level thanks to chef Eric and his team. But the main event through all our visits to Ponto Lago is our waiter Alejandro, who is, next to the great food, the key reason why we keep on coming back. Alejandro has an excellent knowledge about food and how to accompany it with some of the newest wines in the restaurant. In our experience of traveling around the world Alejandro is absolutely listed as number one in making us truly feel good and welcome.

We found this place and ate here the other night for the first time on a Thursday for our anniversary and were almost the only ones there near closing time. We had uncommonly exceptional service from Norma and everyone else we interacted with. The food and drinks were also exceptional. I highly recommend the whole wood fired fish, mushrooms, and churros. Also, valet was free and they were beyond nice as well. I post reviews usually on food alone, which I give 5 stars here for, but their service was really notable as well.
First time to this establishment and I enjoyed it. Took a business client who lived in the area who also never to been to Ponto Lago. He mentioned that he will return with his wife next time.

If you are planning on celebrating a special occasion such as anniversary, spouse's birthday, family reunion or anything of that sort to get an intimate and authentic experience, I highly recommend this place. Everything about this place is top of the line - ambience, staff professionalism, food quality and serving size, preparation and presentation, accommodations for your comfort and preferences, valet, feeling special.. I will definitely go back for another future event.

We enjoy going to Ponto Lago. The service is impeccable and the food is on point. This time we noticed that the drink prices have increased and tasting flights have exponentially increased. Additionally, we had a birthday celebration and no complimentary dessert was brought. Very chintzy for $100+ pp meal to not end on a high note. Rethinking this option as a go to local spot.
