Visited Pacific Point and had a lovely evening. The Wagyu beef skewers and the specialty rolls were definitely the highlights—highly recommend both! The atmosphere is fantastic, making it a perfect spot for cocktails or a glass of wine. Since it's located inside the Park Hyatt, the prices are on the higher side, but the quality of food and the vibes made it worth it.

The food is good. The atmosphere is great.
However, the service always falls short. I suspect it’s a combination of the long walk the servers have to deal with between the seating areas and the location of the kitchen.
We have been here at least 6-8 times now and it’s always been this way. Plan on a long dinner and slow service if you visit.

Pacific Point, located inside the Park Hyatt Aviara, offers a sophisticated atmosphere and a beautiful bar area. The restaurant provides a great spot to grab a drink or dinner, with a sushi bar and a menu that includes delicious burgers and a lobster roll. The bar area is a great place to relax, with live music on certain nights and a fun Top Golf simulator experience. The cocktails are a highlight, and the staff can be friendly and welcoming. Pacific Point is a fantastic spot for happy hour and food, with great sushi and specialty rolls. The outdoor seating and service are also fantastic, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a meal or drink.
