My wife and I were visiting from Texas and had been walking around Carlsbad Village when we could smell the pizza from about a block away. It smelled amazing so we walked over and had no wait grabbed a table. We weren't starving so we ordered the small plate cheese pizza. It was really good. The crust was probably the best part. Crunchy and thin. Great sauce and my wife loved the amount of cheese. ( I could have gone for another handful :) ) great atmosphere too. Nice little...

If you're looking for a cozy spot off the beaten path to enjoy some homemade Italian food in Carlsbad, you have to stop at Roosevelt Pizzeria. This family owned restaurant is small but offers some amazing dishes. We loved the pizza, and the mushroom Gnocchi was very nice. Seating inside is limited, but there is available outdoor seating as well. Nice friendly service!
