Ehhh.. that’s about the food experience for me. I don’t know what it is with them but then just haven’t hit the same in a while. Shakes not bad but nothing to write home about.. and it’s in your name.. so?? Burger was alright but dry. So yeh.. eh

I ordered to-go and have probably eaten at 10 different Shake Shacks in my life...This was my first time here. They gave me about half if the amount of fries id expect, they were hard and not fluffy, the burger was burnt and the lettuce wilted and tomato were the green ends with the hard circle center.... worst shake shack experience if my life bar none

Had a burger that on the last bite had a horrible & bitter taste. I spit it out and developed a terrible stomach ache. I reported it to management, but no follow up as they said would happen. Won’t eat at this location again.

good food and pricing across the board. I enjoy how simple it is, you know what you’re getting here and that’s just what I like. I’d recommend stopping by if you’re hungry and in the area, can’t go wrong!

Very clean and organized. This was my first time at a Shake Shack, I had a great experience. Madison is an absolute gem, what a sweetheart. I don't live in the area, but next time I come around I will definitely return here.

We had an excellent experience at Shake Shack. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean, and our order was ready quick. Accurate and hot! We also had a team member named Sophia take some time to check on us and make sure everything was good with our order. She took time to ask our son a couple of questions, which was nice of her to show she cared. Highly recommend this location and Sophia for going above and beyond!

FOOD POISONING WARNING. Ate here, the next morning I can barely even keep consciousness, violent puking, can’t drink anything and I feel more sick to my stomach than I ever have before. I’m Considering going to the hospital as I write this. I have also reported to the necessary agencies

Dorian was extremely helpful! Checked on us numerous time, made sure our food was here on time and even offered us refills ! He has a fantastic energy and a great polite spirit! Very appreciative of his work ethic.
