Do yourself a favor. When in the Carlsbad Village area and in need of a coffee, skip the Starbucks and go a couple of doors down to the local coffee place and get a real coffee drink from a real coffee place. Wide variety of coffee types and flavors as well as pastries.
The coffee is wonderful, and they have a wide variety of coffee drinks. Tried the coffee and lemonade drink. Very different! The staff is very friendly and helpful. I hope that someday I can buy their coffee online because that is the only downside. I spoke with a member of staff, and they said to watch their website.

This is honestly the cutest and greatest little spot I've ever had the opportunity to stop at while I waited for my train home.
