Service could be a lot better, I have to drive 35 min to come here and the staff make it seem like they are doing me a huge favor by taking my order. The worse part is being hit with an option to tip at the end! It seems really disrespectful when you have to drive 35 min, stand in like to get your order taken, grab your own utensils, and on top of that deal with staff members that don’t even respond to you when you say “thank you”.

salad was delicious as always, service was less than a 1. The portions seemed a bit smaller than what the person next to us got. We wanted to try the new potatoes in olive oil and were told it would be 20 minutes - we had to go back to ask for them - they were burned, a much less appetizing look than the picture and smaller portion - didn't even fill the container. We have eaten here many time but were very disappointed in the service this time as well as the food portions.

I love sweetgreen! I always eat crispy rice bowl, I’m obsessed. Regularly every Monday actually. I have to tell I don’t like the fact that some workers are more generous and some of them not. I feel full sometimes and I’m like not full at all sometimes. For 17$ of chicken bowl that should be fair amount of chicken. Some of them just put less protein then other and hopefully they can be more careful about that!
