Slowest service today. The kid at the window was not friendly and ignoring me. After 10 minutes at the window I got my food and I went to grab my burrito and there was sour cream all over the wrapper. At least I hope it was sour cream
I got a baja blast and spilled it all over the floor then left. I'm sorry, I could have cleaned it up but instead I dipped.
They work very slowly
The food is always good but the service is not that great. Really slow and they've lost my app orders on more than one occasion

The Taco Bell at 6017 Paseo Del Norte in Carlsbad delivers consistently poor and disappointing service knowing what fast-food employees are making in 2024 and the hikes in prices that we’ve seen across the state as a result.
I’ve been a member of the opening staff for two Taco Bells in my time. The chicken quesadilla has always been my favorite. This Taco Bell location seems to have a regularly hard time completing two of the main tasks in making a quesadilla, which are melting the cheese and cutting the quesadilla. Almost every single time I order one, the cheese is barely melted all the way and there is hardly any attempt to cut the tortilla into the 4 pieces it should be in. From my experience I know that melting the cheese is as simple as pressing a button on a steamer and cutting is as simple as rolling the cutter across the quesadilla 3 times. Neither of these things being done correctly regularly translate to me, now a consumer, that there is virtually no care being put into any of the food being delivered to the customers and management isn’t holding their staff accountable.
I will be taking my business to another location as of today. I’m paying too much for food in 2024 for it not to be prepared and presented correctly.

Delicious food, fast service and good treatment, the only thing that is a little bad is that if you want to pay in cash they take a while to serve you

We ordered 4 Mexican Pizza's and they were stale and bitter. They need to do a better job throwing away expired or old products. Mostly we don't have this experience at Taco Bell so I am hoping this is exception. We did send a survey to Taco Bell. Please taste the food before leaving the premises especially for drive-thru orders so you don't go home and find disappointed as it will be too late to come back for replacement.
