The drive thru employee was so nice, he took service above and beyond. I wish I would've glanced at his name to shout him out, but whoever was working Jul 30th at 5pm needs a raise!!! He's just very nice and had a smile the whole time, the kind of customer service which will keep me coming back!!!

Food was slopply prepared and cold, ordered a few packets of mild sauce and got 12 hot, taco shells soggy and fell apart when picked up. Never going to Taco Bell again (at least not that location) on Paseo Del Norte in Carlsbad..

We stopped by late in the evening to pick up something to eat. We encountered a kiosk to fill out our order. We were trying to figure it out, and a young man who works there noticed. He came from behind the counter and eagerly offered to help. Within a couple of minutes, it was completed. We appreciate his demeanor, and we'll be stopping by again. It is refreshing to see a young man with concern and respect 👍🏻
Slowest service today. The kid at the window was not friendly and ignoring me. After 10 minutes at the window I got my food and I went to grab my burrito and there was sour cream all over the wrapper. At least I hope it was sour cream
