When I went to tea monks 2 weeks ago I decided to try something different. When asking the Employee Lex he gave me a variety of drink recommendations and explained how it tasted. I decided to get the tiger milk tea Lex told me it tasted like a caramel milk shake, It did taste like a caramel milkshake and I was pleased with the costumer Service.
I’ve been back a few times to try different drinks and am always happy with them. I’ve tried the muscle up, a honeydew smoothie and the dragon fruit mango smoothie. The dragon fruit mango I have ordered more than once as it’s so flavorful and refreshing. Eva is friendly and very helpful. She is good at explaining the variety of drinks offered and making recommendations when I ask. I appreciate it! Will be back again. They also have hot drinks, haven’t tried them yet but...
I happened to be shopping at the outlet mall yesterday and passed by the Tea Monks store. I thought I would go in and order a smoothie...not sure what exactly I wanted I asked the young woman for suggestions! Ava was so helpful and helped me decide on a delicious drink! She seemed very knowledgeable about the drinks and was very patient with me. I will be returning again soon. And bringing my family with me! I was very impressed with this cute shop...it was a great experience!
