We enjoy the Cheesecake Factory and were planning to celebrate my birthday there. I received a free cheesecake offer while I was out of town on business December 1st. I called to explain that my offer was going to expire on the 8th which was before I got home and wished to extend it to the 14th when the family could get together to celebrate. They acknowledged the presence of the offer but refused to extend it, so we changed our plans of a restaurant. Refusing a goodwill gesture...
Our server, Daisy, was incredibly attentive and on top of everything. The food was absolutely delicious, and I truly could not have asked for a better dining experience. The busboys were efficient and helpful, and the whole team worked seamlessly. I am thoroughly pleased and look forward to coming back.
