Fun place. Patio is being rebuilt which will be nice when done!!
To say this place was average would be kind. The atmosphere is bottom of the barrel and looks nothing like the pics. There is no outdoor space. We went on a beautiful SD day and although I reserved outdoor seats, website allowed, it’s not only under construction but not the restaurant’s space. Food was average not exciting but not horrible. Menus were dirty and atmosphere lacked in all fronts.

My son wanted to watch planes take off and land, and we got to enjoy some tasty pub burgers out on the patio. Servers were attentive. Food was hot and fresh. Prices not surprising for location. We had a nice lunch at The Landings.

Great service. The BBQ burger was really good and carnitas tacos were out of this world delicious (3 as an appetizer was a meal). Only problem was parking.

Patty melt and peanut burger were awesome. Ask for sweet potato fries. Jacquie was great.

Excellent staff and service. We were there when it opened so not very busy.
Food options were promising, but flavors were less than expected. Just not what you'd want or expect for the higher $20per person price. Good, but needs to be better. Also the fries and sandwich bread wasn't crispy or toasted enough. So flavors bland and textures limp.
Parking was minimal. There's a tiny 2hr lot for free, but I'm not sure where you'd park if the spots were taken.
Inside and outside seating available. Umbrella shades outside. AC inside. Kid friendly. View of the planes were good.

An absolutely delightful restaurant. One of my top two favorites in all of San Diego.

Great, kicked back venue. Very good bands play here. Have seen several bands play here. Food is pretty good. Recommend the Landings. You need reservations, if a popular band is playing, make reservations well in advance.
Fun atmosphere outdoor/patio w/live music. Waitress was kind and attentive. Sweet potatoes fries nice and crispy on outside, and moist inside. Only bummer is one person in our group got her salad just minutes before her meal and not all meals came to table at same time!
Wow! What a great night. We made a reservation for 4 people and good thing, the patio was filled. Not an extra seat to be found. We loved the food and the entertainment was the best. We will be there every time The Smokin Guns play. And will check out some of the other nights of entertainment.

Sitting outside and listening to a great band is really nice. The only negative thing was we felt cramped between a wall and the table next to us. We had a party of 7 and it was not easy to get to our seats or move around our table. Otherwise very good experience!
Picked up a friend from the downtown airport and just for a lark, drove her to this airport for dinner. She had never been here before. Good chicken taco salad! No music on this particular night, but now she knows all about this venue. A win for The Landings!
My husband & I took our granddaughters to The Landings on Sunday for lunch. We were seated on the patio where we could watch airplanes as well as listen to the wonderful live music! Our granddaughters ordered chocolate chip pancakes & bacon from the kids' menu. They thoroughly enjoyed them! My husband had the California chicken club sandwich with fries & he was not disappointed! I ordered the Caesar Salad with chicken & couldn't finish it - it was so big! Portion sizes were substantial & the food was delicious ? The service was friendly & prompt. We really enjoyed our visit to The Landings! Highly recommend it!
We made reservations for Saturday lunch but it wasn't busy. We had a good time watching the planes, visiting and enjoyed the drinks and excellent food. They refilled my iced tea a lot which I loved.
My wife and I have visited The Landings for a number of years. Last Saturday, we invited our son/his wife and our 4 year old grandson to join us as we thought he would love watching the airplanes. As expected, the airplanes were a huge hit. Additionally, the service (thank you Alex) and the food were both excellent. Lobster rolls, tuna melt, chx club, kids sliders were all really good and although the place was a bit shorthanded, Alex did a great job with attentiveness and a smile. Thanks for a great day.
