We absolutely love the Lullabar! They do the best mani pedis in town and the child care is top notch. They’re so sweet with my young toddler.

I brought two friends to this salon for what we hoped would be a relaxing group experience. I confirmed our appointment details via text and was clear that the third person would only get a manicure if it could happen at the same time as the two pedicures. They confirmed an 11:30 time slot for all of us—but when we arrived, it turned out the manicure was booked for 12:30.

We couldn’t stay the extra hour, so the service wasn’t provided. Despite that, they still charged us and later refused a refund, saying they had communicated the timing issue in advance—something that’s not supported by the text exchange. They offered store credit, but that doesn’t help since we won’t be returning after this experience.

The space itself is lovely, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service left a bad taste. Also, for a place positioning itself as high-end, it felt unprofessional to have to manage all the booking logistics over text. It created confusion that could’ve easily been avoided with a proper scheduling system.

I hope they improve their communication and booking process going forward.

Husband needed 2 hours of childcare while daycare was closed and I was at work. I suggested the lullabar. We have 18 month old twins who do excellent in the hands of recent caregivers. However, my husband shared he did not have a good experience and would not be returning. His words “I have never seen (insert baby a name) crying so much from (insert baby b name) crying so much :(. It was a very weird place, felt like a sweat shop. Where parents drop their kids off, they close this door so you cant hear them, and then everyone sits on the other side buying overpriced coffee while their kids are hidden in this room.”

Felt really disappointing to pay $80 for 2 hours of childcare and he was constantly needing to tend to their crying.

May definitely be better suited for older children but younger not so much.

I had tried other places where the service was generally very bad and I felt like they only wanted my money, but here I was very happy. Chelsea was the best, she made my afternoon very pleasant and was extremely kind to me. I loved the whole experience and it was an afternoon that I truly enjoyed where I was able to talk and relax, and my nails turned out beautiful! Highly recommended and I will definitely be back!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at The Lullabar. I reached out to schedule 3 mani/pedi appointments for my birthday that I wanted to be around the same time. It was only a week out from when I wanted to schedule so I wasn’t holding my breath, but they did everything they could to fulfill my request. We had the pleasure of working with Chelsea, Kristy, and Adrienne who immediately greeted us with a warm welcome. We all had an absolute blast together and we all loved our nails.

Love this place so much. Long overdue review but I’ve used the childcare and nail services. So happy this is available for families. Also, Chelsea does an amazing job for nails!

Highly recommend! Stephanie the owner was so wonderful at accommodating both my mom and I on a busy holiday weekend. The whole concept and design of Lullabar is incredible. Christy was my nail tech and she did a 10/10 job! Truly the best mani and pedi in North County so far

Had a date with 6yr old grad daughter, Kristie was very patient and kind to her. She did a fantastic job on both of us and we look forward to going back.
We went on a Sunday so the cafe and child care was closed but salon was very clean, good lighting and nice atmosphere

I meant to post this the same day I got my first mani in forever at Lullabar—and the universe matched me with Kristy, the best nail tech in all the land.

I usually skip manis because I’m constantly cutting my nails for work, but I had a big event the next day and couldn’t show up with janky hands. Luckily, I snagged a last-minute appointment—and by the end of it, Kristy and I were basically besties.

Customer service like this is rare these days. Not only was the experience amazing, but I watched magic happen: a mama’s toddler didn’t want to stay in the play area… so Lullabar brought the play space to her. Rug, toys, snacks, and a dedicated staff member to play with him—right there in the salon while she got pampered.

I already knew Lullabar was special, but experiencing it firsthand? Next level.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Sydney was wonderful! Had a great pedicure experience. Won’t go anywhere else for now on. Felt seen as a mom who needed a nice break and and pampering. Look forward to trying the cafe next time too.

I love this place. My kiddos love the play area and I love the childcare where I get to work while they are well taken care of. I've also tried the nail service about 6 times and I keep going back because the manicure lasts me so much longer than any other. I can't say enough great things about this place. It's a slice of heaven for both moms and dads.

Couldn’t speak more highly of this place. I booked a 2 hour child care for my 3 year old so I could get some work done. SHE LOVES it here. It’s become like a second home. I wish they had more locations!!

What a great concept and space for parents of littles! On site breakfast drinks and childcare, play area, and nail salon. Would recommend to others to stop by.
