We ordered lunch at the Trap Shack during a recent visit to Carlsbad. We ordered the West Coast Lobster Roll and a lobster roll sans bun because of a gluten-free need for one person.

Over the weekend my husband and I came by for a lunch date
Trap shack was amazing I ordered the west coast lobster roll it was well cooked, deliciously butter and flavorful! We also ordered the chicken strips with fries just to try and ended up loving the sauce and seasoning will definitely be back! Ordered chicken fingers and they were flat and over cooked. Paid $17 for apparently 2 servings of fries and 3 overcooked chicken fingers. The small 1/3 cup of Cole slaw was old as well. Highly disappointed .
