“The Morning Grove in Carlsbad has such a cozy, welcoming vibe and a menu that makes it hard to choose just one thing. We tried a variety of items and honestly enjoyed almost everything. The Grove sliders were flavorful and filling, and the tomato soup with grilled cheese was classic comfort food done right. The caprese panini was fresh and balanced, while the chili crunch toast had a great kick and unique texture.
The wraps were solid too the buffalo chicken wrap had a nice heat, and the Golden wrap was hearty and satisfying. For drinks and dessert, the candy cane cold brew was festive and fun, and the toasted s’mores was the perfect sweet ending to the meal.

“Tried the hummus wrap and avocado toast at La Vida and wow, healthy food that actually tastes good is real. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying without feeling heavy. This is the kind of place that makes you forget you’re eating ‘healthy’ because it just tastes great. Definitely coming back.“

I am so grateful we chose this location rather than any other- because Noah was so kind as to make me a pickle-wich. We came all the way from Hawaii and don’t have a jimmy johns. We learned that the pickle-wich was no longer being sold, but Noah made one for me anyway and it made my day- it was so yummy. Both Noah and John are so friendly and are rock stars at making subs, they make this location stand out from the rest.“
