If I was with better company, I probably would've enjoyed this place better, lol 😆

Ordered to go based off the rave reviews. However disappointed by my order and how my burger was not well done. Ordinarily I wouldn’t mind, but being pregnant and trying to ensure safety and health I ordered a well done burger only to receive a raw burger. Sadly didn’t notice till we were already back at the hotel. Annoyed at how expensive the dinner was to not be able to eat it.

We enjoyed lunch here on a chilly November afternoon. The tomato bisque is excellent. Man, the salmon salad is massive if you’re looking for veggies. Dressing is very plain but it satisfied my need for something healthy after gorging on baked goods for days. Hit this place if you’re a fan of laid-back bar vibes. Cool beer bottle decor too.

Brophy's is the perfect stop in Carmel - especially on a cold day. The service is excellent, and the food is amazing. We had the grilled cheese with tomato bisque and the French dip sandwich. Both were incredible. The French fries in particular were absolutely phenomenal. The meal was topped off with a perfectly poured Guinness. Absolutely exceptional.

This tavern is the real deal if you’re after an authentic British pub vibe! With a cozy lounge area to relax with a pint and an open bar space where the music is perfectly balanced for conversation, it’s ideal for any night out. The menu has plenty to choose from, and both food and drinks arrive quickly. As a local, I love the welcoming mix of fellow locals and tourists. The decor truly captures the essence of a classic tavern—it’s beautifully done and makes the experience special!

Stopped here randomly on my way back to Los Angeles after having spent the afternoon at Los Lobos. And on a MNF night no less. Great service, great vibe, and very good food. Highly recommend, and will definitely come back when I return to visit Carmel-By-The-Sea. Thank you 🙏🏼

I really enjoyed this lovely spot a short walk from the Wayfarer Inn. The sliders and Truffle Fries were plentiful enough to split and went well along with a few 805 blond ales on tap. We sat at the bar because there was a wait for the tables and received great service from the friendly bartender. I really enjoyed the lively atmosphere where sports were playing on the TV and you really felt like you could unwind from a long day of shopping.
