Got kicked out. Told us to kick rocks and were extremely racist and called us wetbacks. Would have really wanted to enjoy the food and drinks on a very special day known as my birthday. Absolutely astounding.

Reminds me of the Dunvegan or Jigger Inn in St. Andrews, Scotland. Great atmosphere! Excellent fish and chips!!

Place gets really really busy in the afternoon. Food is fantastic, service is very favoring over locals, and atmosphere is great. Fries were so crispy and delicious.

It was a busy spot when we came in about 9ish. No tables available as people were slow to move out from being finished. We weren't necessarily acknowledged or greeted, being a restaurant so that was the awkward part. We were hungry and tired, so willing to wait it out, but not impressed at that point. Once something opened up, staff cleaned the high top table and was gracious to get us seated. Food was served w a smile, had a brew that was delicious, the rest was enjoyable. Old pics on the walls which were fascinating. Some people came in from street, retreated to the hallway with stairwell. So not just what this place is attached to.

Was visiting Carmel and decided to come here because of the good reviews, and they were right. Rachel got us seated right away and was super nice. She took our order fast, and checked up on us making sure our food was good and drinks were good as well. Food was very good as well super good burger and rib fries. Definitely recommend!

Terrific neighborhood tavern. Waitstaff was attentive & very pleasant, upbeat. Burgers & beer….in an inviting atmosphere. What could be better?

Got a salmon salad and while the salmon was tasty There was very little else in the salad except a few teeny tiny potatoes, a few teeny tiny pickles, and a mountain a bitter Romain lettuce with a very uninspired salad dressing do not order this dish. It's a rip off.

Interior is really nice beer cans from around the world line the walls.
Small but mighty location.
A little hard to find a place to park but worth the walk.

Great food and great service. Its not huge but boasts a lot of heart. Its where all the caddy's come to hang out i hear. They also have a room with foosball and another game i can't remember the name!
