What a beautiful view of the water, our waiter shama was incompetent, we waited 45 minutes for her to re fill our waters and take our order. After that it took over an hour and a half to get our food. Super expensive food for such low quality service, food was cold and not super flavorful. Shout out to the busser Walter for having such good customer service, he apologized for the wait for shama and took charge.

What a View, this place is awesome, the Pacific Edge was great too, we had some appetizers & dinner, we went here for my wife's birthday with our dear friends, was a great evening, good dinners, good drinks, good desserts, and a wonderful atmosphere.

The food was too much for my opinion, I ordered an omelette, I think the amount wasn’t in an equilibrium, which means too much mozzarella and less vegetables.Except that we ask for bread, the bread was roast on the grill with butter, but it felt that the bread wasn’t fresh, maybe it Was reheated… I’m not sure… but I have to say that from the table was worth it. It was one of the beautiful restaurants I ever been in.

My lamb had way too much fat on it and it lacked flavor. The potatoes that came with my meal had no flavor also and I had to add salt and pepper to it. I have never done that to an upscale restaurant like this before. The portion of the cioppino was beyond small. The beer that my husband got was so gross tasted like it's been in the tank for way too long.

I came across Pacific's Edge by chance and was pleasantly surprised. I went as a family to enjoy an excellent and delicious breakfast, which became an unforgettable breakfast, because we enjoyed a beautiful view in addition to the delicious food and excellent service.I recommend booking to ensure a spot. The site has parking in the surrounding area a few meters from the entrance. Mainly I highlight the attention of the staff with high quality and predisposition, the dishes offered are very attractive. Without a doubt, the view of the place is impressive, since it is located at the height of the coast and it is possible to enjoy a unique view of the coastal horizon. In my taste, the atmosphere is modern and very good style.

One of our favorite places to visit every time we are in Carmel. Boy did something go wrong! Management changed and chef changed? The top items on the menu ( see my earlier reviews a few months back), salmon fish tacos, halibut sandwich, all gone from the menu. Now (at 1:30 in the afternoon on a Thursday), its mostly Sunday Brunch stuff.Avocado toast, Benedicts, pancakes.Same waitstaff, so the new Management preserved that bright spot. But why remove wonderful luncheon plates from the menu?Plus we have included a picture of a change in decor, maybe from goodwill?

Our party of five was there for Sunday brunch. We caught a clear period during a stormy weekend so the view was spectacular. The group enjoyed several of the Benedict choices and an omelette. Good marks all around. The service could have been better - one waiter had trouble understanding and the main waitress could have been a little more attentive.

Small portion of the Halibut for the price. Other than, it's a lovely place.

The service was amazing Rosemary you're wonderful. The potatoes are gratin and their Caesar salad and their lamb was absolutely delicious. The only thing I would probably give it 4 1/2 stars because the place has the most unbelievable view. However, once the sun goes down, you can't see anything else like staring out to black space but it's lovely, and if you get there before the sun goes down, you will have an amazing experience

Went for brunch, food was not good Service was very good The view and scenery is amazing Would go back for the view, not for the food I would like to go back for dinner and see if that would be better

This restaurant offers a culinary experience worth savoring, with delicious dishes earning a solid 4/5 rating. While the service may occasionally falter, earning a 3/5, the breathtaking views undoubtedly steal the show, surpassing all expectations with a remarkable 10/5 rating. Dining here is a feast for the senses, where delectable flavors are complemented by unparalleled vistas, creating an unforgettable dining experience.

Very cold restaurant. Where layers. Be aware their menu is very limited. Only a handful of choices for entrees and out of the four available they were “sold ou (by 715pm) of two main dishes! Our guests had a steak or vegetarian options. I don't recommend this restaurant for dinner. You don't see the view and it's just like any other average hotel restaurant (with limited dining options).

The view itself is worth the price of admission. The food is great and the service is excellent. We had dinner there our first night in The Highlands, then went there for breakfast the next morning. Spectacular views high above the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean!

Ordered a cup of clam chowder as a starter and it came in a cup that was about 1/3 filled. Smallest portion of soup I have ever seen. A group of golfers had been over served at the bar behind us were way over served, loud, and cursing. They were finally asked to leave. The menu has been reduced to very few entrees. It use to be one of our favorite restaurants, very sad to see.
