Wow. Exceeded expectations! Everything was perfect! Unique experience and we totally enjoyed each course.

This is pure perfection. The choices from the 3-choice menu were ideal, particularly if you like to share bites of different flavors. These are a true specialty, so if you've never had a perfect soufflé, and you're not holding an airline ticket to Paris, then this place in Carmel is the place to come. Merci!

Do not miss a chance to eat here! Food was phenomenal, a unique experience, and Lisa provided incredible service. We will be back!

I found this place online. It was amazing the food and service never missed a step. You have to plan and make a reservation. This is a small specialty restaurant experience. It was worth all the planning and wait. This is a definite bucket list item. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

We had lunch. Food was great. Nice Souffle as a main dish. Fixed menu. Not many choices. Price is twice more than u wish to spend for lunch. Maybe for special occasion is ok. Doubt they will survive for a long time , even in Carmel.

A friend and I have lunch at Le Soufflé every month. It is perfect every time, in every way. The salad, savory and dessert soufflés are beautiful to behold, fabulous to taste. Every wine has been outstanding on its own, delightful when paired with the meal. The ambience is elegant but not fussy. With only 4 tables, it is quiet. What a treat!

It was an unforgettable experience. Fresh crab soufflé and passionfruit soufflé were outstanding. Well done, chef.

Le Souffle is outstanding! Fabulous food, incredible service, and a charming atmosphere!! We first ate at Le Souffle in December 2023 for dinner and it was superb! This time, I celebrated my 70th birthday for lunch with my husband and friends!
We were all AMAZED! Delicious salad, phenomenal crab souffle, and scrumptuous chocolate souffle. My husband loved his passion fruit souffle. I loved the attention to detail with the special antique serving pieces and the incredibly attentive service. LE SOUFFLE IS THE PLACE TO GO TO IN CARMEL! We LOVE IT!!! It one of those memorable experiences you will not want to miss!

Excellent food, amazing soufflés, possibly best I’ve ever tasted. (Soufflé is allthey served at the time, not sure about now)

We drove extra 40 minutes to this place, but it is closed during operation hours without any notice.

It's a very small place but we were able to get in though for dessert service between 1-2pm😁 Souffle are so legit!! Fluffy and magical and fantastic!

It was my second visit when visiting Carmel. Lisa is a superlative host and our experience was thoroughly enjoyable from the moment we walked in the door. I was visiting Carmel with my future daughter in law as we were wedding dress shopping that day and finished with our lunch experience at Le Soufflé. My daughter in law had never had a Souffle and she loved them!! We will be back!!

An elegant lunch with the best soufflés we've ever eaten. It was the best lunch in all of Carmel. Go hungry and enjoy every morsel of the rich soufflés while being treated with care. A must do while in Carmel.
