Le Soufflé

This restaurant is exceptional, truly a special experience. Every course is wonderful, but the savory soufflé main is incredible. This place is worth traveling for.

Words cannot express how much i appreciate Le Soufflé . The food, service and ambience were 5++ stars. The sugar pea salad was delightfully light , followed by the crab soufflé and finished by a passion fruit/mango soufflé. Wowwwww !

Genius is often over used but not in case of Le Soufflé! Every course, in fact, every bite was delicious! My wife started with the mushroom soup and I had the snap pea salad. They were fabulous! Our mains were the garlic soufflé with crab sauce and the lardons and fromage soufflé. Incredible! We finished with the classics, chocolate and grand marnier soufflés which were perfect! Plus Lisa is so friendly and makes the experience super enjoyable. We will definitely be back to try more seasonal soufflés. We highly recommend Le Soufflé and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

This is pure perfection. The choices from the 3-choice menu were ideal, particularly if you like to share bites of different flavors. These are a true specialty, so if you've never had a perfect soufflé, and you're not holding an airline ticket to Paris, then this place in Carmel is the place to come. Merci!

A quaint restaurant staffed by folks who are doing it for the love of it. The service is very personal. They are friendly and the food is amazing. We had the prefix menu for $78 PP which came with a freshly made salad. It was sliced sugar peas with carrots and herbs. The sauce was buttermilk style ranch , but herbs were amazing. For main course we had the crab savory soufflé. The desert was amazing. We both had the Grand Marnier. All in all it was amazing.

Do not miss a chance to eat here! Food was phenomenal, a unique experience, and Lisa provided incredible service. We will be back!

I found this place online. It was amazing the food and service never missed a step. You have to plan and make a reservation. This is a small specialty restaurant experience. It was worth all the planning and wait. This is a definite bucket list item. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

I've tried Soufflés at 2 star Michelin restaurants in France. These souffle taste just as good in my opinion. I tried 3 soufflés the garlic with crab sauce, chocolate with ice cream, and the passion fruit with mango. They were all wonderful but my favorite was the garlic. I will be back to try a different savory and sweet souffle. The salad was also amazing. I highly recommend coming here for a unique dining experience. There are not very many restaurants in the United States with such high quality soufflés as Le Soufflé. So it's worth a visit when you're on vacation in Carmel if you want a taste of France. The service was also top notch. Thank you for the memorable experience.
