Very attentive service. Very good cheese fondue

Great food and customer service! We had the classic fondue, and the sausage plate, which were delicious. We finished off with the creme brulee and strudel which we enjoyed as well! Plus I enjoyed my German beer in a boot shaped mug! We will come back again if we are in the area.

I am stunned that Lugano's is still open for business since the restaurant is no longer a Swiss owned business. The owner passed away several years ago and the restaurant was sold. The current owner and his waiter were friendly but service was slow and the food wasn't good. The bread was moldy and my Schnitzel could have been used as a hockey puck. I am in disbelief about the many raving reviews concerning the food because that wasn't my experience. I am also very familiar with German, Austrian and Swiss cuisine. I would 't return here again.

Lugano Swiss Bistro is a hidden gem with perfect decor and wonderful servers who make every guest feel truly welcome. The authentic schnitzel reminded my father of his homeland and provided us with a beautiful, happy memory that I will always cherish.

Lugano Swiss Bistro is a Mexican restaurant that serves German and Swiss style cuisine with a Mexican twist. Unfortunately that combination doesn’t work with the traditional style dishes and the food quality just wasn’t good. The Schnitzel and Spätzle served with red cabbage was a big disappointment and I barely touched any of the meal. The bread had mold and that was a huge turn off for me. I’m am not only part Hawaiian my Mother was a German from Germany and I also spent time there with Family. Customer service was also not good and the waiter who only had one other table never checked on myself or the other table. The couple seated at the other table also didn’t like the food and barely ate anything. They were from Austria and we spoke about Tyrol and they were shocked that I knew about the area. After leaving I ended up eating elsewhere.

The food at Lugano’s is delicious, the wait staff was fabulous. Our waiter was so friendly and efficient. We had such a wonderful meal sitting on their patio. They offer some very good wines by the glass and are fairly priced, the Goldschmidt Cab is so smooth. I wish we lived closer so we could be regulars.

Very nice and cozy place for a relaxed dinner. The outdoor seating area is not huge but we managed to fit our two big dogs. Waiter is very friendly to our dogs. They even had a doggie menu and we ordered steak and carrots for our puppers!

Never been to a fondue place before, decided to take a shot at it here at Lugano's and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience! We don't come to the area often but next time we do, lugano's forsure will be a place we return to. The restaurant has an atmosphere unlike any other with a wonderful staff that made sure we understood how things worked.
