I was disappointed with this place… We ordered burgers with no pickles, but we got with pickles… Burgers were served in the room temperature… The glasses for the coke and water were not clean as expected... Lack of cleanliness in the place. We’ve paid with the card and waiter surprisingly asked for the PIN code… Overall 2/10 Not worth recommending

Was having a glass of wine at VIN wine bar in the same strip mall. Called ahead and ordered a bacon cheddar burger and fries to go and it was ready in eight minutes. Incredible burger, fresh beef, fresh crispy, fries, and quality toppings. Would highly recommend!
My brother ordered a root beer and they brought him a large random alcoholic beer. I ordered a burger with fries and a side mac and cheese for my kid . They gave me a burger with Mac no fries . A burger with fries is $19 with no drink . I had to ask a 2nd time for the apple juice I ordered. My brother was looking at the menu and they took it from his hand before he was done looking at it . The service sucked and the food was just ok . I couldn't believe that they tip themselves with my credit card. I was going to leave what I thought they deserved on the table but they thought their services were great and they took 20 something dollars that I did not authorize . 4 adults and a baby grade total $149. And I'm just going to leave the whole race thing alone and never go there again.

If you’re anywhere near Carmel or Monterey, you NEED to check out this place. That is a hidden gem for anyone craving a really good, no-nonsense burger.
The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. You can tell they care about quality. The seasoned fries are honestly next level… crispy, well-seasoned, and super addictive. I also tried the sweet potato fries and they did not disappoint.
The vibe is casual and welcoming, perfect for a quick lunch or a relaxed meal with friends or family. The staff is friendly, service is fast, and everything just feels easy and enjoyable.
Great food, fair prices, and a laid-back atmosphere… exactly what you want from a local burger spot. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The Chile was said to be made in house, but it was wasted worse than canned and it was thickened like canned but had very little beans and hardly any meat. The burger was dry and boring the special RG sauce was not special!

Wow, talk about dropping into a gold mine. Best Burger I've had in a very long time. I had the guacamole burger and fell into burger heaven. The service was amazing and our waiter had the most welcoming smile! Truly, Juan made the entire experience a pure joy.
