This place has really turned around in the past few months under the new manager, Marissa. The staff is very friendly and engaged, orders are made quickly, and the food and beverages taste great. Employees even come up with their own seasonal smoothies!
Past complaints about slow or absent service, lazy bowl assembly, etc. are totally justified because that was also my experience. However, I'm glad to say that the Big Squeezy of today is nothing like that! I highly recommend.
