My wife and I dined here last week. The quality of the food considerably exceeded my expectations. My filet mignon was wonderful, perfectly cooked with a wine reduction sauce and delicious potatoes and maitake mushrooms. My wife loved her trout entree. The restaurant is pricey (e.g. no complimentary bread course and wines are expensive, so I brought a bottle and paid corkage). Service was excellent, and the interior is very attractive with a nice view from the small room...
We ate an anniversary 55th celebration while staying at Carmel Valley Ranch. My first and unrelated to us observation is watching young children having wonderful and joyful experiences. Our dinner was awesome. We shared the beet salad. I ate scallops. My wife ate trout. We both raved. My scallops melted in my mouth. Mata was our server and he was outstanding. Jordan a manager came over twice and spoke with us. So in Addison to outstanding dining I would also say that everyone...
Had a great evening and experience. Our waiter was Giovani and made our meal extra special. Can’t speak highly enough about how at home he made us feel.
