Tommy's Wok

Thanks Tommy for healthy Asian cuisine at a great price. We love the pupu platter, Mushu Chicken , Broccoli Chicken and Veggies Deluxe. So glad we found you guys during our stay at Carmel.

After a hike we had dinner at Tommy’s Wok. Large shareable portions of soup hit the spot. Liked the duck and the lamb as well.

REALLLLYY great food!! place is so packed though and really tiny. i can see why so many people were eating in though!

if you’re a party of 2 or more though they charge you 18% automatically, which i thought was silly, but oh well! great food, very friendly staff

Eggplant...get the eggplant!

Waitress and staff are very knowledgeable about making your meal vegan. They took the time to explain how all orders are made separately in clean pots and if you tell the waitress you’re vegan they’ll make it without egg, fish sauce, oyster sauce, chicken stock, and meat of course. It is a bit tightly packed but they make you feel at home.

Food was great. I ordered the kung pao chicken. It got busy after 12pm. We got here 1130 and plenty of seats. Small dining area but worth it.

Line waiting outside the front door so always a good sign
Seats approx 30 inside but tables seem to refresh quickly.
The lunch menu is a bargain. Meat, rice, noodles, hot and sour soup and a pot of tea for around $11 and it is very filling
Dimsum is nice would recommend the pot stickers
Drinks etc are cheap with coke at $2 for example.
Staff are friendly but clearly in a mindset to get people served in and out quickly which I can't complain about

Simple atmosphere, but super tasty food, the friendliest service on our entire trip and affordable prices for Carmel. All around a great dinner. It's a shame we were only in Carmel for one night, we would definitely have gone again.

Restaurant with very good value for money for Carmel. The food is very good, the service fast and efficient. The atmosphere is simple without frills. The tip is automatically added to the final bill, 20% it seems to me, you don't have to choose it. I recommend!

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon. They sat 2 of us right away. The restaurant and personnel are inviting, the food is fantastic and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Tommy's Wok!
