Best late night spot in Carmel. They have late night food and a full bar. The bartenders know their stuff and have great cocktail options. The mezcal margarita is probably the best mezcal drink I’ve had but there is a sweet and spicy note. It turns into a little dance club at night too.
I mark "food" as high but we only had drinks. We went for before-dinner each time during our visit to Carmel. It is a mixology like place. The drinks are excellent and the bar can make pretty much anything. The service was quick and friendly which I like since so many bars are slow. I would definitely return. Note that it is tucked away and not so easy to find.

Wonderful intimate bar vibe. Fantastic food, we had an amazing citrus salad with fresh seasonal fruit and some traditional beef tacos… wonderful. Cocktails were delightful, we really enjoyed the elderflower tonic and the guava Paloma.
