“Phenomenal bar and great steakhouse. They have a good collection of wines, bubbles, hard liquor and cocktails.
Food was great right from the starters to maincourse and the dessert ?! It has a very lively bar. It has outside seating and indoor seating. Overall it has great atmosphere.

“We were looking for this place, and asked a restaurant on Ocean where it was. The guy said, "It's a dive bar, you may want to go to X instead." No, guy, we were looking for a dive bar and Sade's was perfect. Fair warning, it's cash only. The first bartender made a so-so Old Fashioned but the second bartender knocked it out of the park! (Both used Four Roses.) We really enjoyed our conversation with the regulars, who can tell you a lot about Carmel and everything that's going on there. This place is too small to hide in a corner, so expect to interact with people while you're there.“

“Outstanding food. The potato prosciutto sticks are a must as an appetizer.
As you might expect for a Wagyu beef restaurant, it's not cheap, but it's worth it. And the price is made better by a wine list that has FAR less markup than most fancy restaurants.“

“Although a little trendy for our taste. I have to say it was a really good choice for lunch. The place is pretty small, but everything was really Quality. The service was exceptional as was our meal. Recommend to anyone looking for a Real Quality meal or drinks.“

“Highly recommend, great vibes, Carmel modern style, extremely clean, great small plates to eat and relax. Fire pits outside to make it cozy, relaxing yet romantic. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They can cater to whatever music you’re into. Fabulous and extensive wine selection. Great for any day and any time. Romantic date night setting or business casual meetings. Perfect little hidden gem.

“My husband and I were coming to Carmel for work close to our anniversary, so I wanted to surprise him with our first Michelin star restaurant experience. Monique was amazing and squeezed us in for a reservation the night before & we are so grateful! Everything was delicious from the surprise snacks to the main dishes. The quail was incredible, our desserts & drinks were fantastic, and the service was beyond. Thank you for making our special occasion even more special!“
