“Wonderful experience! We had a delicious breakfast. We ordered the classic breakfast and the kids had pancakes. Everything was so fresh and tasty and the atmosphere and service were impeccable. As one of my son’s exclaimed “this is the best breakfast ever!”“

“When I made a reservation at Covey Grill, I did so out of convenience as we were arriving to The Quail lodge late and I thought dinner at the hotel would be best after a long travel day. My family and I arrived to the restaurant at our reserved time and were seated immediately. The hostess even provided us the option to sit inside or outside on the deck. We opted for an indoor window seat. We began with the ahi grade tuna and satsuma starter. It was delcious. The tuna was so fresh. My husband and I each ordered the halibut market fish for the evening. The fish was prepared nicely and served with mashed butternut squash and asparagus. Our boys enjoyed their Shirley Temples, hot dogs and French fries. I must say the French fries were legit. We were impressed by the service provided and the quality of the dishes served. While we were disappointed to find out the restaurant would not be open for the regular menu the remainder of our stay, we were able to try their three course menu night via room service the final night of our stay. Be sure to check the days and times of operation and book a reservation as you will not be disappointed. Covey Grill is not your typical hotel restaurant.“

“Food was good. Service was sloooooow! We grabbed a table for 5 and they had us wait for a chair and then a random patio chair was brought over. Orders were placed and we brawl sat there for 3 hrs total between waiting, ordering the food, and then getting the food. Do not come here if you are hangry or on a time crunch. Service was inattentive after we received our plates, that was that. We didn’t get checked on or ask if we needed anything else. All the dishes were good though so no complaints on the food. Just know they are very busy and they had two ppl for the whole entire restaurant. Bring your patience“

“We had very nice anniversary dinner at Stationaery. We sat outside, since we still do not feel comfortable for an indoor seating due to pandemic. The evening was cool, but heating lamps made it comfortable for longer and leisure meal. Both food and service were excellent. “We almost gave up as street parking was so hard to find. I found out later that there was public parking available a few blocks away. Our party of six was seated soon after the party of 4 who came before us. Pedro our server, was friendly. We ordered Farmer's Market Vegetable Curry, Calibonara, Singapore Chili Prawns, Salmon Tropikal, Kare Kare, House-Made Crispy Rolls (lumpia shanghai), Island Kawali appetizer, not my fave as the meat was bland and dry, with a side order of steamed rice. The steamed rice wasn’t what we were expecting and used to, it was fried, with a spicy kick, and the rice was slightly al dente. The hits were the Calibonara, Singapore Chili prawns, and Salmon Tropikal. The Calibonara had bacon, my son liked this dish. The Singapore chili prawns were a hit all around, the prawns were plump, juicy, and cooked perfectly. My mom liked that the salmon was cooked to her liking- grilled perfectly. My brother liked his order of Farmer’s market veggie curry with the sliced fried aubergine, and stewed carrots, broccoli, and celery. I was disappointed with the lumpia Shanghai which were mostly crispy wrappers. Most other dishes had interesting concepts of Filipino fusion. Edwin was there making his rounds, and soon visited our table to check on us. He had us try the lechon which was a secret item and not on the menu. We opted for the kare-kare to be boxed and taken to go as we were pressed for time. There was a mistake in our order, but the items were not included in our bill. Street parking was free for 2 hours max. Only one restroom and it’s gender neutral.“
