Every now and then I find a place that I can’t stop thinking about. It’s all the more rare when all pieces of the experience fit together so perfectly. On a special day, with a very special lady, Carmel-by-the-sea offered so many places to choose from. I can’t quite remember what drew us to The Pocket, but it turned out to be the pinnacle of our day. Mikey guided us through the menu so thoughtfully, offering his favorites.
