This is one of the most unique and exciting restaurants in Carmel. Amazing cocktails and the food is both creative and authentic. Wine list is great too! Never disappoints.
I visited Cultura with my greyhound, so we sat outside in the courtyard near the firepit tables shared with Vin, next door. It was a cool, breezy night, typical when the summer marine layer moves in over Carmel, but the propane heaters kept us toasty. We sat outside and received attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable service from our waiter and the rest of the staff. The food was delicious, especially our main dish, the Tlayuda. We added the chicken per our waiter's recommendation, and it was big enough that we shared it and had leftovers. They have a vast mezcal and tequila list. My sister enjoyed the blood orange margarita, and I loved my tequila flight.
