Favorite Carmel restaurant for leisurely breakfast or brunch and The Village Corner did not disappoint!! Enjoyed a delicious breakfast with dear friends as we were celebrating our 49th wedding anniversary. Highly recommend Village Corner California Bistro for any meal as they have a great lunch/dinner as well!
Freshly made to order. Served hot, couldn't have had a better experience. The service stated off slow but finally worked out and server was prompt and polite. If in Carmel, have to check out this place and it won't break your bank.
Had to leave as soon as we arrived. We did not know about the excessively loud live music on the patio, which reverberated through the entire dining room. Quite intolerable.
The entire staff was very accommodating to my dietary needs. They went above and beyond to make sure I had a meal I could enjoy with my husband. We will definitely return during our next visit to the area. đ»

Waited an an incredibly long time for our food.
We had a bit of a wait, but the manager (or possibly the owner) was incredibly kind and accommodatingâhe got us seated within 10â15 minutes. Really appreciated the great hospitality! The food and service were decent overall.
One of my favorite restaurants in Carmel. The charming ambience, the delicious food and the amazing staff at this spot is simply unforgettable. Highly recommend for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The BEST vibe & Food. Canât say enough good things.
The food took two hours to come out and we were with our young daughters who were starving. We kept politely asking if the food was almost ready and they kept brushing us off saying âit's comingâ when it didn't come for two hours after we ordered. They were unapologetic and the food was not good. The pancakes tastes like rubber. So disappointing.
