They sure have some miserable teenagers who work here. Went in last night an hour before closing and it was uncomfortable. Two girls were on one with brown curly hair and one dirty blonde. Not one of them greeted us especially the brown haired girl, she was just flat out miserable looking and no matter how nice we were trying to be she seemed like she had zero interest in serving us. I can feel a little attitude coming from her. She just looked annoyed that we were even there. The dirty blonde was no different but at least we heard her talk. Yes, they were working and preparing things but they just looked like they did not want to be there. This is not the only time I experienced this at this location. I went in another time and the girl who helped us did not smile or greet us she just looked at us like, “great another one”. Could it be bad management? Your employees are lacking smiles and clearly customer service skills.

Ordered the Unicorn ice cream cake for our 3 year old Granddaughter’s birthday. Besides her it served 8 adults. Not only did the cake look terrific it was delicious to eat. It was easy to order online and was ready for pickup at the time promised.

Asked for a milk shake got a water down drink
I asked why is it a liquid and she said you should asked for it to be thick

They have some nerve charging $7 for a small “shake” that is little more than flavored milk. I have never in my life encountered anything that thin, that a business referred to as a shake! I am SO disappointed. I should not have bothered to stop.

I really enjoy coming to this Baskin-Robbins for ice cream because of the excellent service. The employee, Alexandra, is a wonderful young woman who works quickly and is always very friendly. I especially love when she serves me. The place is great, and I highly recommend it.

The customer service just keeps going more downhill every time I visit this location. Years ago it was bad, improved a bit , then tanked. Today was due to the fact that I unfortunately came at a time that was disturbing to the girl working there. She was sitting with who looked to be her boyfriend in the lobby area when I pulled up. She seemed to be rushing to be able to hurry up and go sit back down with her boyfriend. I have officially decided I am not returning to this location any more. I will drive to my favorite location on Greenback Lane. Their service is always superb and they don't rush you. They are very helpful with any questions you may have and possess a much nicer atmosphere inside. Plus they charge more for entering compared to the Greenback location. I was going to post the pictures I took but her boyfriend is innocent. Do better.

Scammers. Placed an order through Uber eats. Did not have the item. Baskin-Robbins called and said I need to cancel the order through the app. I said no that’s not how this works they need to do it. Called again and a different person said they can’t do it through their systems but to cancel through Uber Eats app. A huge lie. Canceled through app and Uber Eats was unable to refund both amount and tip from scam driver and scam baskin Robbin’s. Don’t buy from here, they are gross and they got paid from doing absolutely nothing because they’re lazy.

Hours say open at 11am it's 11:10 am and they're closed. Not answering the door or picking up the phone. No way to run a business.

Whichever guy was working 9/21 at the Manzanita location locked the doors 15 minutes BEFORE closing. It’s an ICE CREAM SHOP how hard is it to scoop a cup of ice cream. Meanwhile the employee was sitting on the couch inside on his phone. They should not be closing early- LAZINESS!! you just lost a paying customer due to the laziness of your employee. Hope you reconsider him. It’s scooping ice cream for crying out loud.

WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS ClOSED??WHY ARE THERE TONS OF POSTS STATING THIS, YET THE MANAGER STILL ALLOWS IT TO CONTINUE??!!
