Out of 4 dishes, a tuna melt, a burger, a club sandwich, and the artichoke, two were good. The burger and club people loved there's, the tuna melt and artichoke, not so much. Service was good though, food came quickly, and it's clean and all that.
I am impressed on how the managers let the workers female’s dress unprofessional I will definitely not recommend ..it’s a family restaurant but the workers have hardly any clothes on or showing way to much they don’t even use uniform

I would like to share my bad experience at Carmichael Branch and plan to take further action: - Waitresses there are very ignorant. I was standing in front of cashier and ready to order but casheir did not greet me or call me in to place the order till I have to stare at the person. - I called couple waitresses to clear the table and heard what I said. They told me they will come back but I have been ignored completely for almost 5 minutes, so I have to point out one of the waitress to my table and this person acted like I owe her something. I really feel customer should not feel this way at all and the way she sprayed the table was like she was mad that I point at her to do it. This is really ridiculous. This is my concern and consider to report to California Food Safety. When waitress spray the chemical to the table, they spray to the condiment tray as well. Salt and Pepper do not have any cover, so basically, all chemical went into salt and pepper. I don't think those cleaning supplies are edible. - After I received the food, I asked the waitress to call manager to me, so I can address the issue. Surprisesingly, manager ignored me and went to greet other tables, so I had to take initiate and asked him to talk to me. He apologized but the way he did just only want to complete conversation but he didn't do anything about it. I am not sure I have been treated this way because I am Asian? I feel how I have been treated, so unprofessional. I plan to report about cross contamination to the city. This is dangerous.

This was my first time here and has been recommended by trusted friends in Sacramento. I ordered the eggs benedict with potatoes, Nutella croissant for later and a large drip coffee.
The cashier who took my order was very personable and cheerful. I went to a nice table outside to wait for my food. I received my eggs and the manager who brought my food happily brought me condiments. The eggs benedict was fantastic. High quality eggs and ham. The hollandaise was fresh and perfectly seasoned. When I went back inside for a box, I was met with more happy service. These people have been trained well! I will be coming back! BTW I later had the Nutella croissant and it was delicious!
