He helped me out with the restroom opening up for me so Muhammad rocks man whoever hired him you got your stuff together OK that’s it.

My gal friend and I just were there and used a coupon! Mohammad was the sweetest and he came out to ask for substitutions for our drinks when they didn’t have what we wanted! A sweet guy! We appreciate him.😊

Sorry to disturb you Burger King I'm trying to reach out to management or the hiring manager. I have called multiple times on day to day basis with literally no answer. I also went in an I keep missing the manager. Can someone please answer the phone or if the number is not the right one can that be situated. Thank you very much for taking you time to read this review. I would also like to add the food is always good very fresh , I haven't had one meal made incorrectly which I would like to thank your cooks an establishment for that .

Staff including manager ill equipped to handle 4 car line. The lobby is not even open so they should be able to handle a small line. Staff members yelling at each other inside the restaurant you can hear them through the drive thru microphone. An elderly man is at the door trying to get served I can hear them yelling at him to go away. Manager claims they are short staffed he is unprofessional and unable to delegate tasks to 3 other employees. Absolute CHAOS

This burger king has gone downhill and has attracted many homeless-staff and management allow homeless (2-3 same men) stay in dining area without purchase use bathrooms and fill their AM/PM cups with free drinks - they do not seem to value paying customers i complained they shrugged their shoulders. The individuals smell of urine and does not make for a enticing lunch there at all. Homeless are allowed to park multiple carts loaded with their stuff right outside the door and in the parking lot. Disgusting and no value to paying customers!! Horrible experience and worse atomosphere!

Wonderful big fish meal. Service was slow. They were a little busy.
Absolutely phenomenal. Service was out of this world. I asked if they had spicy nuggets and the cook went above and beyond to make spicy nuggets off menu for me. Levi was great, so sweet. I will definitely be returning soon. Whopper was 10/10 it tasted so amazing.

I'm 67 years old and I've been a customer service rep for 30 years and my compliments to this young man definitely works for you guys well. Thank you very much.

had an excellent experience at the drive-through thanks to the outstanding service from the cashier Mohammad They greeted me with a warm smile were incredibly polite, and made sure my order was correct and ready quickly.
