Within maybe 3-4 hours after eating, I was sick and would guess their kitchen isn't handling the meat properly- and yes, this was the only thing I ate/had in my stomach. The super bacon burger was just okay and I'd rate it a 3/5, as it was too sweet from the bun to the sauce. I'm never up for spending $10 on a burger that leaves me struggling and wastes a whole Saturday. Unless you've got a pocket full of Pepto, I'd avoid any red meat from this place.

Ordered a single bacon burger combo and paid $3 for extra bacon and literally only got 1 piece of bacon. And they took 45 minutes. I’m okay with them joking we’re cheating on them with another place cuz I’m really done now. 😂 goodness gracious man

My husband and I normally love this burger spot! Lots of options and great food. However y the experience here tonight on 5/27 is completely unacceptable and disappointing we ordered a ton of food and my husband’s was correct and my side was correct, shake was amazing! The issue came with my sandwich. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with mushrooms and avocado nothing else on it but that and cheese and we paid extra for the add ons which is completely okay(the issue isn’t the price) what I had received in my meal was a grilled chicken sandwich that was pink and a ton of produce on it and nothing I actually wanted on there or what I paid for on there. We did drive through so unfortunately we didn’t check the food before we left and we should’ve and I will be checking from here on out. Highly disappointed in tonight’s food but otherwise I do recommend this place it is really good!

BURGER SHACK is hands down one of the best sandwich shops in the area! The staff greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist. I ordered the classic Reuben, and it exceeded all expectations – the corned beef was tender, the Swiss cheese melted beautifully, and the sauerkraut added a nice tang. The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. The atmosphere was vibrant, with lively music and cozy seating that made me feel right at home. Perfect for a quick bite or a laid-back meal with friends!

I had the Mushroom burger the burger patty was extremely thin and is lost on the giant Bun with all the toppings they use. Halfway through eating it, it was so soggy and falling apart. Very disappointed after reading the high reviews. The strawberry shake was just ok, nothing special. The girl at the counter was very accommodating and friendly.

Cheese sticks are very bad. Cheese not even melted inside. It was an empty lobby and still got the order incorrect. No wiped cream on the Sunday. 79 cents extra for like a teaspoon of nuts. Very dirty. Will not return. It is not dairy queen at all

This place is AMAZING. The food is high quality, and fresh, fresh, FRESH. Everything is expensive nowadays, but these guys' prices are pretty decent for such high quality food in this economy. Zero complaints from me. I love this place.

Fantastic food! The food and prices are better than those chain places you know. The food is freshly made and filling. You won't leave hungry. We had the avocado burger (very generous with the avocado), spicy chicken sandwich, the pastrami burger, and the double bacon. We also tried the fried mushrooms and jalapeño poppers, too. The mushrooms were okay, but just what you'd expect. We will definitely be going back!!
