Called, ordered a specific dozen of donuts for pickup next day. Going 30 mins out of my way to p/u, I got there & they said bakers didn’t make enough, all they had were 5! Had to wait to get them, no apology & no offer to discount or give another type. Extremely disappointed!! Won’t return to this one

I absolutely hate coming to this Dunkin but it’s the closest one to me. Every single time I come, no matter the time there’s a long slow line. The workers are extremely slow. I’ve sat in the drive-thru at least 20 minutes each time. I will say my order is usually good.

Drinks were good but service is not. When the blonde girl is there she usually gives good drinks and service. The other employees not so much. When I’ve been served by the girl with black hair in the drive thru in the afternoon, she is more focused on talking with her coworkers thru the headset rather than paying attention to her customers . Once had to wait for her to stop talking to them for her to hand me my drink that was already next to the register for atleast 5 minutes.

The quality of donuts has gone way down. This is for the corporation not the specific store. There is no interior which as a former New Englander is unacceptable unless they are in another store.

If I could do 0 stars I would! They turn their ovens off before 5:30 so when you place an order online and get there that’s when they tell you they cannot give you your food. Then won’t even do a refund and tell you to call customer service for it. The manager is not there to take the complaints. And the staff just stares at you cuz they don’t know what to do. They should not be turning their ovens off before they close.

the best dunkin in the world ! yadi is amazing she makes sure every drink is perfection or she doesn’t hand it out! literally. kindness goes a long way here and it shows. always so quick too ! anyone who’s had issues here must have they’re own problems to deal with cause it’s always been good to me !

Trapped in the drive through the service is sooooooo slow. Morning rush hour, they are either way understaffed or terribly inefficient. It should not take this long.
Stir Fry
The service was so bad here that I thought I was being pranked. An employee was making rude comments in the background as I ordered with the drive through worker. Then they told me there was 8 shots in the shaken espresso, which is not true (got some more rude comments in the background when I asked; guess they don’t like questions). Asked for an extra cup and they charged me $1. Total on the screen came to way more than what it should have been, asked to see the order rundown again and they said no. To top it all off, there were 4 cars in front of me and it took 30 minutes for me to get to the front window. Won’t be returning and hope they get an actual manager in this place at some point. Lord.
