☄️11/26/2025. I visited Dutch Bros this morning at 8:30 AM and decided to try something different a medium lemonade. I requested the ice in a separate cup so my son could enjoy the drink later. When I received my order at the drive-thru, one cup was full of ice, and the other was only halfway filled with lemonade. I have attached a photo for reference.
I paid for a full medium drink, yet received significantly less than expected. In all my experiences with other coffee chains, orders have always been fulfilled accurately, so this was surprising and disappointing. This level of service does not meet the standard of attention and quality one expects from a nationwide brand.
I hope Dutch Bros reviews this situation and ensures that staff understand the importance of fulfilling orders correctly. Accurate and consistent service is essential, especially when introducing new customers to your brand.

I love Dutch Bros!! This location is so close to my place and all the employees are always so nice and helpful. Their energy is infectious and I always leave with a big goofy grin on my face feeling on top of the world.

Dilayla, not sure if i spelt that correctly but I ordered a online order and the aasured me getting my drink on time. Which helps when taking the kids to two different schools. Dutch Bros is my favorite place to get coffee.

The broista was more concerned about hurrying through the order instead of serving me. I was going to scan my app but he quickly turned the tablet to show me the “optional tip.” The drink was great, as always, but I felt very much underserved.
Love it!! Stickers and energy drinks, or not. What more could you ask for?

love dutch always will.. but the last few times I've been to this one my wife orders her favorite drink and I order just ice water to avoid the sugar. each time after leaving and I take a sip I can distinctly taste a light mildew flavor. is the ice machine not being cleaned often enough and I wonder if all the ice being served is the same for the flavored drinks and nobody notices obviously because of the flavoring. Im pretty certain its in the ice. I've come across this before

The service is always great there but to pay $5 extra to top off a redbull is actually insane. Most likely not going back.
