The birria quesadilla is AMAZING. Everything here is fresh—the chips, salsa, beans, rice even the flowers on the table—and the owners are super sweet and charming. All the stars.

I always get get the Carne Asada Torta and it is always made to perfection. Definitely my favorite place in town to get a Torta. Their bread is always fresh and the ingredients are always full of flavor. Plus they ladies that work here are very friendly and they gave me a free Horchata! A+++ experience everytime!

Tried El Chacuaco for the first time today. The atmosphere is welcoming, and very clean. There are plenty of options to choose from on the menu. I chose the chicken enchiladas Mole with rice and beans. The food is hearty, Mole was great the rice was flavourful and the beans prepared as traditional refried beans should be. The staff is very attentive. We can't wait to try again!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Carmichael . There are many, but this place tops them all imo. Delicious pastor, big chunks of avocado in their super burritos, and fantastic quesabirria. Nothing fancy, bur super solid, affordable Mexican food.

I Ordered online, my card was charged, waited 45 mins for door dash to call me and they told her they had NO ORDER!!!!On top of that door dash said they were closed at 4pm on their door. They did NOT answer the phone and their hours show closing at 830! I was in ER all day and just wanted some dinner!

Best tacos!! Ordered a torta also but havent tasted it yet,also the salsa are AMAZING! Only thumb down is on theChile relleño,was made very skimpy and not very good.
