The slowest service around! I’ve ordered coffee and a scone, after standing in line for 10 minutes, and 10 minutes for the coffee and scone, with only one person in line ahead of me at the counter. This has happened on 5 occasions, in the past 6 months, I haven’t returned.

have to say—this place is truly a gem! I bought a variety of pastries and tried almost everything, and every single item was amazing. The flavors were perfect, not overly sweet, and you can really taste the quality and care that goes into their baking.

The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s rare to find a place where both the food and the service are this outstanding.

If you love fresh, delicious pastries with just the right amount of sweetness, you absolutely have to stop by Elite Baker Café. Highly recommended!

We’ve been here couple times and I’ll just give an extra star for the good chocolate cake we got couple years ago. But this last time made me think that they really need this review. This story would be very long , but I just don’t want to waste my precious time on this and will say it short : NEVER talk about customers when the customer can literally hear everything. Second: please learn how to make lattes. Third: work faster. All of the times we’ve been here, it takes them ages to take the order and serve you. I would never leave this review if they wouldn’t offer me to reheat a coffee latte I sent back. I paid for it. I want it made the best way possible. I’m not your relative or your family to ask me if you can reheat it, I want it remade the best way possible. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. If you don’t like what your doing but just like money than you should just close this place because it won’t last long with such service. I hope the owner reads this comment and remembers this.

This special treat should be created from only the finest ingredients, locally sourced, and made by a master artisans. Elite bakery Café is the purveyor of such fine, quality, treats. This family owned and operated business meets the highest standards and makes things that one only dreams of. This is the only place I go when wanting to get something spectacular either for myself, my family, friends, or coworkers. Do yourself a favor, if you're in the Fair Oaks/Arden Way neighborhood and stop by here for something that will truly blow your mind.

It's one of my favorite authentic coffee shops. Desserts are handmade, fresh, and so yummy. The customer service is excellent, with a warm, calm ambiance. I highly recommend it!!! My go-to spot to relax

Wife and I went here because she crashed on the bike. While we were here the person in the back so that my wife kept cleaning a cut on her hand and brought a band aid without being asked. I love kindness. That being said the food is also good. Temple coffee, so no surprises very good. The blueberry scone was also very good. Sad about why we came but otherwise a very good experience and would recommend if you are in the area.

Wide variety of choices. We tried the Chocolate Lovers cake and was amazing. Cozy nice service.

Literally it is weeks later and I cannot stop thinking about the cinnamon roll and bear claw I ate. Best ones I’ve had. Bear claw wasn’t dry, cinnamon roll wasn’t overly sweet and perfectly cinnamon-y. Ate it the next morning and it didn’t dry out.
