I haven't been to Jack in the Box in years & was so exited to be able to stop by and get a Sourdough Jack meal (my favorite) with regular fries (scrumptious) & ranch dressing dipping sauce. Delicious! Thank you!

Whoever answered the phone at around 5pm march 21st 2025 is rad, amazing customer service skills I ordered doordash from here there was no option to request ketchup packets so I called the man who answered was extremely helpful and kind

Oh my don't come during lunch because all that gets service is the drive through. It seems that the timer on the lunch order is more important than its seniors.
