I'm going to go ahead and edit my review. I told the young woman I wanted boneless wings, and she brings me out bone in, with my fries and sides. I asked her to correct and get me the boneless she said she had to call the manager on her cell phone so I can speak with her. I asked to have my sides remade right along with my chicken so I don't eat cold sides by the time I get my chicken. She made a big deal and told every employee I was making a big deal ,when she was simply correcting a mistake she made. I personally believe they gave me the same fries because they taste and feel like they came out of a microwave.

Now Genesis should be doing training for all employees at Kiki's (and other places). She is very friendly, and capable - makes me glad we live nearby. Oh yeah, I love Kiki's food also.

I ordered for pickup… got a text “your order is ready for pickup” checked the tracking “your order is ready for pickup” got to the store and they haven’t started it. lol first time trying this place also the last time for $20 a person.

When I asked why it said it was done the employee was rude and responded “not my problem I don’t work back there”

The food was pretty good though. The chicken was bland I guess they don’t season it.

I would come here way more often if I didn’t feel scammed when I ask for extra chicken.. I get the same thing every time until recently I started asking for extra chicken and it literally has the same amount of chicken on it.. I’ll go to angry chicks on sunrise in the meantime.. maybe I’ll give them a try later on. We tip every time as well, disappointing because it is good

Cashier worker whose name I didn't think to get for this review was just all around incredibly nice, professional, and helpful. The service was pretty fast, and the food was perfect. I'll look forward to coming back soon.Forgot to mention, the cashier was a young and tall guy. Very helpful and he also had an accent... sounded like he might've been from Italy.

Love the food and have ordered there many times but I’m confused on the business hours. I’m wondering why at 10:30 pm on a Friday after ordering food I was asked to leave the dining area because they needed to clean. I thought the place on Madison was open until 11 pm dine in. We ended up eating in our car.

Mediocre food for the price point of $30+ for two people. The Chicken had no distinct flavor and the sandwich itself was sloppy, but not a good sort of sloppy. I wondered why they gave me a fork with a sandwich. The red onions and pickles were the star of the meal. Taking all of the flavor points.The fries were quite disappointing too. $12.99 + tax + drink x 2 = regretting my decision to not get nearby Adalbertos instead. At least I'd have a tasty churro to show for it. Kikis has no dessert sadly. Not even milkshakes.First time at KiKi's and I can't imagine returning.Shame...I had read good things and they seemed to have decent traffic. Should've known when I walked in, and the place didn't even smell like food was cooked there.

Kid-friendliness: They have a small kids menu I believe. At least 1 combo for kids if my memory serves me right.

We have been getting kikis pretty regularly for the past 5 years and still aren't tired of it. We get the same thing every time too, the kikis frys with chicken. Now the taste is not for everyone but if you like it, you reeeaaally like it. Definitely recommend.
