If I could give negative stars I would they are so rude. I ordered the fanceroni pepperoni pizza and they gave me a hour old regular pepperoni pizza and was trying to tell me that’s my order when clearly on the website and menu it’s not will never go here and advise no one to ever go here very unprofessional.

A great Little Caesars, almost makes you forget that you're eating cheap pizza. They're consistent, don't mess up your order too often, and aren't stingy. The employees are well dressed, polite, and don't smell of grease and tears. There's no possibility of assault in the parking lot. This is an ok little caesars.

They gave our food away to someone else, not checking their receipt or anything. We waited for them to remake our order.When we got home, the pizza was undercooked and doughy. This is the second time, from this location, that we have had to cook our own pizza for it to be edible. And people wonder why no one wants to tip fast food workers.

Waited in line just for everybody else to get service. When it was our turn to come up, the girl with the neck tattoos went to the back. My boyfriend had to ask somebody to help. Another person just stated that they were understaffed. After a very long wait finally getting home, which is only 5 minutes away. The entire pizza was burnt and cold. Called to let them know & the same ghetto female just argued it was fresh made & "bring back the pizza" Why can't they just get it right the first time?? It's not like anybody has to cook anything, it's ridiculous. The terrible attitude, the unsanitary place and the trash food. COLD & BURNT. I wouldn't waste my time here again the menu selection is completely different. You have to build your own pizza and it's even more costly for worse food terrible service.

I just went to this little Caesar's because it's close to my house and it was a horrible experience. A young girl with a tattoo on her neck didn't even take my order after she took others orders. I had to ask someone to take mine. Then after I waited an additional 15 minutes they gave me a old pizza. Then I called in to let them know it was old. And all this girl had to say was that they don't give out old pizza. Basically calling me a liar. I wouldn't suggest going to this location. Service isn't good and the homeless people jus roam around the parking lot all day and night

I ordered thought it would be ready she said 10 minutes. I waited 20 and a lady after me got the same order. I asked what was going on they said would be done soon. Waited another 10 minutes and it was finally done. No I'm sorry refund anything. I will never pay money to a Little Caesars again!
First time we had a problem with this location it was because the delivery driver didn't bring a sauce. He blamed the store and after calling the store the store employee blamed the driver. We were told to call the delivery service which was Uber and they were unable to do anything. Seems to me that this is perfect for everyone except the paying customer. Now for the last time and what brought about this review. I ordered a pizza via there website because I seen an add for free delivery and I was unable to select the option to have the pizza cooked well done and get the party cut. So I called the number on the screen which showed the confirmation of purchase so I could make my requests. I was told that the request was passed on. Long story short the delivery driver was very rude and late after passing by the location and driving out of the way and by the time he did drop the the pizza it was cold and undercooked and not cut as requested. After contacting the store there was a very helpful young man I think his name is Lucas but he was unable to help beside asking the manager to call me which has not happened. Either the owner doesn't care or is the manager and also doesn't care.

So I ordered from here and asked my husband to pick it up. He had no idea what I ordered just knew the code to get it out the portal as everything I paid for should’ve been in there right? Wrong!!!! He gets home and I missing items from my order I called the store and Samantha working this location was questioning me as if I was trying to scheme them out of crazy bread and sauce ???? So I replied with you can review the cameras and verify what my husband left with that’s when she revealed she is not the manager and can’t do that well now I’m really confused and irritated because I’m being interrogated over sauce and bread instead of fixing the issue of not giving me everything I paid for so then I had to drive back down there to get the rest of my order because this non manager adult child wanted to argue with me over the phone. I will never come back to this location and definitely will be calling corporate tomorrow as they are closed today !!! Samantha you should find a job that doesn’t require you to interact with other people.
