McDonald's Carmichael

4 times coming here through their drive thru and they have missed part of my order every single time. Every time. That’s actually wildly unlikely.

McDonald's is the worst of the fast foods. I only turned around in their parking lot. I wouldn't eat there if my life depended on it.

Took the kids to use the play place midweek for lunch. It was quiet and the kids had a great time.

I could not believe the service I received from Cynthia at the Macdonalds on fair oaks. I ordered one bagel sandwich with only one other car behind me. She told me to pull into space 1. Which I did. Three more cars went thru. Then after 5 minutes a car pulled into space 2. So I went inside my sandwich was sitting in the window. She handed to without an apology then went over and picked up the orders for car in space seven. Still no apology. She acted like she was hung over. My daughter worked for macdonalds years. It is sad that you have let your service go down so far

I don't have anything positive to say about this location. I've tried many times to see if McDonald's on Fair Oaks Blvd could correct themselves but the only thing consistent at this location is bad customer service, long wait times, and heat lamp sat food.

The last time I came here I was the only person in the drive-thru, I had placed a mobile order, and was asked to pull around and wait for my food to be brought out to me. I waited 20+ minutes to walk inside to find my food just sitting on the counter next to an employee having what seemed like a great conversation with their coworker and only upon noticing me enter the store apologized and handed me my food.
Wish I could this location zero stars.
Go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money at McDonald's Carmichael.

Since i moved here from southern California 4 months ago ever since the food sucks it's expensive and you can never get hot fries and a hot sandwich ever since they get paid 20 an hour. I live McDonald's but I will never forget to this one again.

Apparently the card machine is down tonight at 1050 p.m. in the drive thru. It's ok because I have all 81$ cash in my wallet a dollar bill and four 20s. I hand the 20 to the guy and it turned into a 10$ that he holds up brifely 10$! I receive change for a 10$!
I think to myself...did that really happen?? Or am I mistaken?? Please contact me to to resolve. Thanks.

Staff is always friendly and cheerful when we visit. Especially when I am there for playtime with the kiddos.

Help me understand how in 2025 you only accept cash. Make this make sense. Not only do they only accept cash but the service is terrible. I already extremely dislike McDonald’s but after this they’ll never get mines nor my families money again
